Construction Management

As construction managers, we function as the central facilitator for communication between all project participants. This enables the entire project team to understand their individual roles within the overall execution strategy and supports ownership and focus on project goals. The result is a greater sense of teamwork, project execution effectiveness and integration of efforts.

The construction management team is experienced at working with engineering and design teams in the early stages of a project to develop initial key strategic project planning and to identify critical project milestones. This process facilitates early communication of schedule status, including recommendations for corrective measures when needed to address identified issues before they negatively affect the project schedule or budget.

Our construction and construction management staff hold health, safety and environment (HSE) as a core value. In fact, all of our employees are committed to ThinkZeroHarm by making all processes as safe as possible. Our objective is to achieve a consistent, world class HSE culture and continually improve HSE performance.
