  • Designed innovative installation techniques
  • Continued Phase II with Phase I personnel
  • Reimbursable EPC contract converted to fixed-price lump sum per open book estimate with incentives
  • Initiated Fast Open Contracts Utilization Services (FOCUS) procurement tool fully integrated with the Plant Design Management System (PDMS)
  • Employed Oracle® Primavera project planner with critical path method (CPM) and logic ties to schedule 1,900 activities
